I haven’t drawn anything in over 2 months…at least anything that wasn’t work related, and that’s mostly graphic design. What we also have here is gun fail.

I had no idea who Rocket Raccoon was until Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3, as I’m sure I’m not the only one. I did a little research, and he seems to predate Bucky O’Hare by at least 3 years, and Star Fox by a lot more than that. I browsed through a trade paperback of Marvel Comics’ Annihilation to see him in comic book form, so I based my artwork around that version. I might do a Marvel vs Capcom 3 version later…whenever I fee like I can draw again. Seeing as how it’s been so long since I picked up a pencil, EVERYTHING felt awkward when I was sketching this. I blame all the awesome video games and cartoons that have come out in the past 2 months for my lack of drawing.

Yeah, I had no idea who he was before UMvC3 too.  I have to say, he’s quickly becoming one of my favorite new characters in the game.
